- Clean and wash the prawns.
Wash rice and keep aside. - Heat oil. Add the whole garam masalas like peppercorn,bay leaf, Cardamon, cinnamon, cloves.
Add onions, ginger garlic paste,and saute till onions turn light brown. - Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin coriander powder,salt. Cook till the tomatoes are mashed nicely.
- Add the prawns,green chillies and mix well.
- Add the washed rice and hot water. Give it a mix and let it cook for 10 minutes on medium to high flame.
Simmer on low for next 10 minutes. - Garnish with some coriander leaves and lemon juice on top.
