Pimentez et mélangez bien de manière homogène. Ajoutez les épinards et bien mélanger. Ajoutez les piquillos finement hachés. L’appareil est prêt !
- Détaillez des carrés de pâte feuilletée de 10 cm sur 10 cm. Déposez les sur une plaque allant au four. Au centre de chaque carré de pâte déposer une c.à.s d’appareil au épinards. Resserrez trois coins du carré au centre et soudez avec vos doigts pour refermez en créant un cône.
- Dans un bol battez l’œuf avec le lait, badigeonnez chaque cône avec. Enfournez pour 20 minutes !
